Less than 0.5% alcohol
Rating: Meets Expectations
I had higher hopes for this one as the label says it’s “premium” dealcoholized wine, but I was disappointed. I hate to see big bubbles swimming along the sides of my wine glass, which is something you don’t get with the real stuff. This one is understated. Sweet but not too sweet, light to medium-bodied. The grape and plum flavors seem to overpower hints of anything else.
Ariel boasts on its label that it’s the only dealcoholized wine to win a gold medal against wines with alcohol, so I’ll be looking to try more from them.
